    This place was great! The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed for cooking. The place looks just like the pictures. The communication with the management was very easy with check in and check out. The only complaint I have is there were no black out curtains in the bedrooms. It made it very hard to sleep with it getting dark so late and light so early in Victoria. I kindly asked the management and they said they were unable to help me and that no other people had a complaint, but for my family it was so bright in our room. Also, there was a lot of noise outside on Friday and Saturday nights because a fun restaurant/bar (the sticky wicket)is across the street. So if these things don't bother you, the location is perfect. It is close to anything you would want to walk to in Victoria. Close to lots of restaurants and things to see.

    Great location!!
    If you want to stay where you can walk to just about everything, this is the place. It is noisy at night due to a favourite club across the street, as other reviews say, but the location cannot be beat.

    Comfort and Easy city access
    We stayed with our 19yo daughter in this lovely light two bedroom condo. Comfortable and convenient to major Victoria attractions, 602 suited our needs and requirements for self contained living. Owners could provide further advice to tenants regarding waste, recycling, check out and operating the Telus Optik TV. A few more items in the kitchen - for example steamer pot, strainer and spatulas would make using the kitchen more complete. Location is great and we enjoyed watching the occasional volleyball game across the street!

    Very comfortable
    Very comfortable apartment as depicted. Great position near to everything. Nice pool area and fitness centre. Free secure parking underground. Only concern was noise from pub over the road until the early hours of the morning

    Clean and great location
    We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo. Traveling with two small children can be challenging, but this condo met our needs with the kids. The location is great and it comes with a parking spot. The management company did a fantastic job communicating. Check in and check out went very smooth. As this building has multiple layers of security, it was nice that we were met by a representative and walked through how to get in and out of the building. It did not matter for us (as our 1 and 3 year olds are up very early), but the window shades let a lot of light in as soon as the sun comes up. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared to be up with the sun.

    Great Property. Great Location.
    I was attending a conference at the Victoria conference center and this property is perfect because it is diagonally across the street. With WiFi in the unit, the conference center and in the downtown area of Victoria you really don't need an international data plan for your mobile device. The beds were very comfortable (a friend even slept on the sofa one night and it was great, too). It is wonderful having a washer/dryer in the unit and the included FREE parking space was a great bonus since I took the ferry and drove my own car. Thanks for a great stay.

    Great location and space
    We did not meet the actual host but Cheree who handled the check in/check out process. I was not able to meet her but my friend did - I was able to text Cheree to let her know (my travel plans were screwed up). She was there promptly at the check in time and very accessible during our visit which was great. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the water and the main spots in downtown Victoria. It's also right off of the main street where the buses run so that was very convenient. It gets a lot of light which is great. I'd bring a sleeping mask if you are someone who needs it completely dark when you sleep. We really appreciated having the washer/dryer and iron. In summary - I would definitely stay here again.

    So very convenient to downtown Victoria
    The condo was ideal for a family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions in the downtown area. Secure building, with underground parking. Watching the beach volleyball on the rooftop of the bar across the street was fun. Only down fall I would have to say was that once the bar closed you had a bit of noise from the customers leaving the bar. Would recommend to friends & family

    Great Condo!
    Our little family of 3 rented this condo for a week while we were in Victoria. The location is perfect for tourists, everything was in easy walking distance; the inner harbour, the Empress Hotel (for High Tea), the Royal Museum, so many restaurants, a wine store and a drug store. You don't need a car but there is a parking space. The condo had new beds and bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and all the appliances were modern. The furniture was in the excellent condition and was comfortable. The building has a great little pool and hot tub. We swam almost every day because the pool is very warm, so even if it is cool out you can enjoy a swim. The apartment faces a very popular bar which has rooftop beach volleyball courts, so we were concerned about noise. The music does start up at 10 am and continue to closing but it never bothered us. In fact, we quite enjoyed watching them play volleyball from our balcony. One little thing we really enjoyed when my son fell ill for a couple days and we had to stay in was that the condo had Netflix. I would love to stay here again. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
