Tastefully furnished with warm inviting decor. Chef's kitchen if deciding to dine in, or simply sip coffee or a decanted glass of wine on one of three decks/patios. We are STEPS from Caddy Bay beach and a 10 min drive to downtown Victoria (Parliament Buildings).Two blocks from UVIC campus. Short walk to Royal Victoria Yacht Club (15 min) & located on one Victoria's most popular cycling route...20 min on bike to the spectacular Dallas Road waterfront.
Sleeps 4 (1 king in master, & 1 queen in 2nd bedroom), each bedroom is located on a separate level offering privacy when traveling with friends. 2.5 baths: Master bath has over-sized two rain heads & 4 body spray shower & double sinks, Second bath has soaker tub & for convenience there is also a powder room.
Convenient gym on the premises offering treadmill, spin bike, assortment of free weights, bosu ball, resistance bands. TRX and more. All right there located in the garage that has been converted to a gym. In suite full size laundry for your convenience.
One off street reserved parking space, plenty of on street parking. Optik TV, WiFi, Netflix, DVD Blue Ray player and BOSE stereo system.

The Neighborhood
Cadboro Bay is known as one of the best locations in Victoria. Situated between Ten Mile Point & the Uplands. Two blocks from UVIC. We are in a quiet location in the village steps from: Grocery store, pharmacy, postal outlet, premium bulk food store, beauty salon, liquor & wine store, gas station, Starbucks, home decor store, neighborhood pub, BLISS Spa, pasta and espresso bar, yoga studio, beach board shop, Thai restaurant, Sushi restaurant, organic juice bar & optometry clinic. Tennis courts close by. We would say the beach and paddle boarding are one of the highlights we love in our neighborhood. Royal Victoria Yacht Club is a short walk away & visible from the beach. Races in the Bay happen regularly & are fun to watch.

Getting Around
We are located just around the corner from local transit stop. Taxi's are easily accessible and if you have a vehicle we are a 10 min drive to downtown Victoria.
