This spacious main floor suite offers comfortable furnishings and contemporary decor in 1300 sqft of open concept living space with vaulted ceilings, heated tiles and jacuzzi tub. There are two balconies, one off the large master where you can enjoy your morning coffee, the other is off the dining area where you can barbecue. The sunny front deck and yard are also for guests private use. A murphy bed in the 2nd bdrm easily converts room into office space with large desk.

The house is set in a friendly neighbourhood with access to hiking trails in Mill Hill Regional Park are only a few minutes away. Trails lead to breath taking panoramic views of greater Victoria and surrounding areas. Coastal views of ocean, mountains and foothills can be seen from the summit and trails also lead to one of Victoria's biggest recreational lakes. Many beaches and lakes in south Vancouver Island's beautiful coast are only a short drive away. The No.1 Hwy to the northern parts of Vancouver island can be quickly accessed as can the ferry terminal and airport.
For your shopping, and dinning interests the town of Langford is just a 5 min. drive or a leisurely 30 min walk thru residential streets, offering fine dining, night clubs, pubs, theater and 3 large shopping plazas. Beautiful down town Victoria is a 20 min. drive in good traffic and there are local bus lines to both Victoria and Langford. This vacation rental is perfect for anyone looking for local entertainment and recreation ideal for a working vacation and short term rental.

  • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Children/and infants are welcome but are not exempt from additional person fee over the 4 persons occupancy. Small dog is negotiable providing animal is on a flea and tick program and is always under the control of owner. A travel cage will be required for pet to sleep in. Animals are not aloud on furniture. A pet fee will be required, which is non-refundable, for the extra cleaning it will take.
There is one parking space available on property and street parking for an extra vehicle. Strictly no parking on private drive.
Postal delivery and packages are to be at picked up at local post office no mail is to be delivered to house address
Recycling must be removed do not put in garbage
No laundry after 9 pm
No entertaining past 10pm
No smoking on premises
No shoes in house
Volume control on all devices
Please be mindful that there are other occupants in the downstairs suite.
