Relax by the fire in this suite’s cozy living room as you enjoy the 180-degree lagoon and Olympic mountain view. On fine days, take in the scenery from outside as you relax or bbq on the 223 square foot deck. Get creative in the bright and well-appointed gourmet kitchen, which features an enormous granite island gas range, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include maple engineered hardwood floors, huge windows and two large and private bedrooms on opposite sides of the suite. Slide behind the desk in the roomy den to do paperwork, or pull out the Murphy bed to turn the den into a third bedroom.

A short walk will take you to the Esquimalt causeway and bird sanctuary, where you can watch the birds or the big ships sailing by. A walk in the other direction will land you in 650 acres of old growth forest and walking trails, or at the historic Hatley Castle, both part of the Royal Roads University campus.  **Third bed is a queen murphy bed in the den**
