The complex, built in the quiet Selkirk area of Victoria (2004), is four stories and has earned awards for excellence in urban planning and development. Located on the southwest corner of the third floor, this beautifully appointed 1477 sq. ft. condo has been tastefully and professionally decorated. Its owners are meticulous and have made it available for a long term, up to a three month rental for non-smoking adults (sorry, no pets): June 1-August 31, 2018 and/or January 1-March 31, 2019.

The central kitchen-dining-living room/gas fireplace is surrounded by large windows and opening patio doors to the covered corner decks. Enjoy hours of spectacular views, beautiful sunny days, gorgeous sunsets and magical water activities as the Victoria outrigger teams paddle silently on the Gorge waterway.

The unit includes two separate bedrooms, a comfortable den/office, two bathrooms and an in-suite laundry room. The exceptionally large SW Master bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 56 inch TV and an ensuite complete with soaker tub and a separate shower. As well, there is an outside door connecting the Master to the outside deck. The second bedroom, located in the SE corner, has a queen bed and 32-inch TV for guests. There is a full second bathroom (tub/shower unit) conveniently located just outside the door.

Amenities and attractions easily accessible from your doorstep include the Gorge Gym, Good Life Fitness, Glo Restaurant/lounge, coffee shops, a spa, yoga studio, hairdresser, massage therapist, physiotherapist, and chiropractor. The extensive Galloping Goose Trail, well known for its recreation and cycling corridor throughout Victoria, connects to the Selkirk Trestle bridge which can be seen from your living room window. Victoria has long had a reputation for fitness and recreation. Golf anyone? Conde Nast rates Victoria as America’s second top city for the golf enthusiast!

A twenty-minute walk will take you into downtown Victoria. Here you can explore the historical Inner Harbour along with the many tourist attractions this city has to offer. A plethora of restaurants are at your fingertips from takeout to fine dining. Entertainment is endless throughout the city. At day’s end hop on one of the many Pickle Boats that travel throughout the Victoria harbor every day. One stop is located just steps away from South Circle and you can even reserve one to take you to a special event.

The rental fee includes all utilities, Internet, landline, Shaw Blue Sky (3 TV’s), strata fees and is fully equipped, including a BBQ. For your added enjoyment the owners have supplied a Pelican canoe/paddles/life jackets and two adult bikes/helmets/locks. You need only to arrive with your personal belongings to enjoy this amazing city bursting with wonderful things to do throughout a beautiful summer or Canada’s warmest winter destination!
