We rented the condo so that we could spend time with our family while in Victoria and it was perfect. The condo was within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to do and close enough to our family that they could walk to us. We rented a car and the parking spot in a covered, protected garage was also convenient. Our living space was elegant and the kitchen was well equipped for the cooking that we did. The views were amazing and watching the sun rise over the harbour while sipping my morning coffee will be a favourite memory.

DESCRIPTION

Beautifully designed, this luxurious corner, view penthouse on the harbour’s edge creates a unique sensory experience for the sophisticated traveler. The suite has been freshly renovated, May 2011, and thoughtfully furnished to "stand out from the crowd”--it is truly a jewel in the heart of Victoria. It features two balconies on the main level and a private, rooftop deck that can be accessed via an in-suite staircase or by way of elevator and stairs from the building’s hallway. A verdured, common-area adjoins the Pied-à-Terre’s private roof deck, where a gas barbecue is accessed on a first-come basis.

This “sweet suite” is conveniently located in the modern and secure, Mermaid Wharf building in Victoria’s “Design District” - a historic part of the west side of downtown, just steps away from entertainment, water activities and eclectic shopping. Enjoy the spectacular views of water, sunsets and the rhythm of the downtown lights.
