Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Palladian. Super cute condo, very well equipped with all the essentials like Salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, parchment paper...like literally everything. The only thing that gave us trouble were the pans, they kept on burning everything we were frying, and the washer and dryer were super tiny. But other than that it was all super great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location

Great location, nice place and the roof top patio was a hit with everyone, pooch included. Well equipped and lots of basic supplies such as coffee and sugar that elevate this place to great. There are some homeless in the area but after staying here for two weeks with my two young children I can confidently say that they just keep to themselves and really, the problem seems to be across the entire Victoria area. Would stay again, it's a great value and walkable to everywhere

Loved it.

Was easy walking distance to downtown. Condo was very clean, and all the extra amenities were great - coffee, some spices etc. Lots of homelessness in area, but no problems at all. Rooftop patio was fantastic. Master bed very comfortable. Would stay again.

DESCRIPTION

The Palladian building is an award winning heritage conversion building in the heart of Downtown Victoria. The 1912 First Baptist Church is now home to a selection of luxury condominiums that exude style incomparable to any other heritage conversion in the City. This property has been built to the highest standards including a steel structure and concrete floors.

This two bedroom & den is situated on the east backside of the building away from the street and features a King bed in the master with its own ensuite bathroom – to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Twin beds in the second bedroom provide extra space for children, friends or extra family members who want to stay and visit. Additionally, there are 2 roll-out mattresses + a den that offers a  small sofa bed that folds out for an extra twin bed and a desk if you need to get caught up on work.

 

There is a common rooftop patio with BBQ’s and patio seating with city and mountain views.

 

Finished with modern appliances, wood floors, granite counters, marble bathrooms & original windows, this unit offers a spacious layout with over 940 square feet of space to enjoy and relax and designated parking in the parkade across the street.

This unit is deep cleaned between guests to CDC standards of sanitization with all linens and towels professionally laundered. Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer are provided for guest use during the stay.
