Luxury waterfront house rental in Victoria, B.C. in a prime location on Beach Drive, near the Victoria Golf Club.
This lovely, bright and spacious classic 1988 Oak Bay home with stunning views of the ocean, Kitty Island, Trial Island and The Olympic Mountains, is a magical spot. Kayaks and paddle Boards are available next door, and can be launched right in front of the house, as McNeil bay is a prime location for kayakers, wind surfers and paddle boars. The shipping lanes are in full view, and both pleasure and commercial craft are often spotted from the kitchen, living room, family room and both upper and lower decks.
The house backs onto Blueberry Hill Park, a popular spot for dog walkers, so there are no neighbors behind or in front. The upper deck is perfect for yoga and you can practice with stunning views and total privacy.
Gas fire places in the family, and living room make the house cozy and warm.
Killer whales come through Enterprise Chanel which is right in front of the house, and the next door neighbor is an eagle who can be easily seen from both decks. Kitty Islet is in front as well, and a very popular spot for weddings, and family gatherings. This is a very happy place.
