Direct booking: 100% of the total rental amount is refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. Contracts lasting 90 days or more can be terminated with a 30-day notice period.

Damage deposit: $500. Property inspected after check-out and deposit released within 14 business days if no claims to be made.

I was very pleased with the rental Parker By The Sea. The unit was comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. The owners were wonderful and friendly and Kierra From Elite was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. Views from the back yard were spectacular. A beautiful view of the ocean.  Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped.  The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. A great place to stay near Victoria - Cordova Bay is a lovely quiet suburb of the city.  A great location to stay if you are fit or athletic. We loved the natural rock stairs to the beach.

This ADU is attached to a gorgeous large home in an upscale residential area on the water.  The unit provides beach access around the side of the house.  The accommodations were clean, modern, and well-furnished.  We found the unit very satisfying but it does have a few funky peculiarities: 1) you need to go through the kitchen from the bedroom to access the bathroom; 2) the ceilings are slanted in several places so it's very easy to hit your head if you are not careful (tall people might find this to be a problem); 3) the stairs into the apartment are narrow and steep.  This was not a problem for us, but it's worth noting for others.

This is a suite located above a residential garage in Cordova Bay. There is access to a beautiful semi private beach that my wife and I enjoyed each day of our stay. Ceilings are low in areas but my wife is 5’5” and I am 5’9” so it was not an issue. For those over 6’ there would likely be the occasional head bump. The management company acted promptly to any of our concerns and the owner went out of his way to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and hope to spend our next Vancouver Island holiday there.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a racing event in Victoria. The location was great, the listing was very clean, and it was a very comfortable stay. Check in was very smooth and efficient. The owner was very generous with their extra touch of generosity by providing some local coffee for us to sample. Would love to come back and explore more of Victoria!

I would highly recommend this property and hope to spend our next Vancouver Island holiday there.

Lovely Locations

The property is in a lovely location, away from crowds and traffic. Easy beach access direct from the property, and not too far from Victoria and the Harbourfront. Only 20 minutes from the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay also. The homeowner is very congenial and accommodating. You have to be a little careful because of the sloped ceilings in this above-garage suite. All in all - a very nice place to stay.

Enjoy a nice breakfast at the bistro, or meander down the natural stair case with your morning coffee to the patio at the back of the house over looking the beach.
