Located in The Songhees, an upscale neighbourhood of Victoria, this 2019 bright and modern top floor condo is only a 15 minute stroll along the ocean to downtown Victoria. The Galloping Goose trail is close by, which serves as a popular route for both commuting and recreational walkers, runners and cyclists within urban Victoria. A 10 minute walk will take you to a neighbourhood hub complete with grocery stores, restaurants and shops.

The condo is on the second floor of a two story low rise. Large windows on each end allow for an abundance of natural light and views of the outdoor pool and ocean.
