It was great, Loved the dock. Good spot for seal watching. The only thing that could improve the experience would be if there were a few reclining chairs outside. We will be back.

This was such an amazing spot for a birthday getaway with our friends! The location feels private even though there are neighbors next door. Loved having a private dock to go take our floaties during the day. We also appreciated the house having air conditioning during our heat wave! Communication with Elite Rentals was very quick and easy. They were super proactive if I had questions or needed anything. The only thing that we wish was different was the check out time at 10am. Because we had to tidy before leaving, 11am would have been less of a rush. But its not a dealbreaker; I would highly recommend this stay!!

We stayed at Seabreeze for the weekend and it was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! The views from the deck were stunning.  Can't wait to go back.

This place is about as private and beautifully situated as you could get on Victoria. So quiet. My family quarantined here and it was perfectly private. We liked it so much we are staying longer

Our family enjoyed a great Labour Day weekend at Sea Breeze. We were fortunate enough to have amazing weather all weekend long so we spent much of it outside at the property. We enjoyed eating outside and spending time around the dock. We watched the sunset every night from the dock - so beautiful! The house is spacious and had lots of room for everyone. 

There were plenty of towels and additional comfy blankets to use.  The location was so peaceful and relaxing.  The deck was a huge hit with the kids and was likely the highlight for our families travelling together with teenagers.  It is a fabulous home for entertaining and has many areas to have some down time.  We would definitely book again in the future if we are out that way again.

 This is a very private large private waterfront property with incredible sun exposure and the only private floating dock in the entire bar. The home is older, but nicely updated. We enjoyed family dinners in the late evening out on the west-facing large patio overlooking the water, and sunny afternoons laying on the large floating dock in the sunshine out on the warm, calm bay.

We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone! We stayed over Easter weekend. It was paradise amidst pandemic. We had an essential business trip to V.I. And decide to make a family get away out of it. Escape the snowy Central Interior. This place was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The house was gorgeous and spacious. More than enough room for our family of 5\. The yard and beach were perfect for relaxing, beachcombing, fishing, kayaking, and exploring.  Our kids spent hours finding creatures and we sat and enjoyed the sun and the view. This property exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have asked for better weather and better family time. Thank you!

This was a great property to have the rehearsal dinner for our son's lockdown wedding. We could easily maintain social distancing in the grounds. The view is phenomenal and everything else worked really well for us.

The location is stunning and well presented on the website. We came to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday on Thanks Giving weekend hosting an open house on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone felt very comfortable and relaxed and the house is spacious and unique in layout. 

This spacious immaculately clean home is located on a large property with stunning sea views. Afternoons get lots of sunshine and the sunsets are lovely from the dining table. The best views are from the dock— we watched the sea life and had our coffee there in the morning. I saw a wild mink for the first time!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in your home.The patio/bbq area and dock were excellent.We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling from the beach. Every sunset was spectacular. The separate family room was nice for people with different waking and sleeping hours. 

The home is very private on a long driveway back from a quiet residential road. Yet the property is not far to town, and is a quick drive to the market. The 3 bedroom 2 bath house has an excellent view on Brentwood Bay with its own access to the waterfront and dock. The water is cool for swimming but fine with a light wetsuit. There is a good separation of space within the house such that our group of 5 adults could afford wake at different hours without disturbing those sleeping in. The outside patio was great for bbq and sunset dining. There are 2 large TVs, in bedroom and family room. The bathrooms are modern with Glassdoor showers and a deep tub for soaking. The kitchen is well laid out so that several people can help cook with an island separating the kitchen from the dining area. My whole family gives the home 5 stars and would happily stay again. In addition to a trip to the BC Museum in Victoria we highly recommend Pacifica Paddle Sports in Swartz Bay or Brentwood Bay for kayaking. Also Victoria Boat rentals in Sidney for rental of a 19 ft power boat

We had a lovely time at this property!  We loved the seals on the raft, seeing seals go under the dock, picking out shells, seeing crabs in the water, watching gorgeous sunsets, watching the beautiful view, and exploring the west and east coast as well as Saanich!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet waterfront vacation rental, with lots of room for the family, and within reasonable driving distance of downtown Victoria , and close to the Ferries and the Airport, this home needs to be on your list. We stayed here for two weeks around Easter 2019, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet, rural neighbour, and has direct access to the waterfront. The area is good for walking, and easy bicycle riding (with longer riding available on relatively local roads,. Sydney and Brentwood Bay are a short drive away for groceries and some decent restaurants, as well as access to the Anacortes ferry to Washington state or Mill Bay, Duncan, and the Cowichan Valley. The house is older, as are many of the houses in the neighbourhood, but has been renovated and is maintained. We have rated it 5/5 although there were a few minor issues with the TV (the owner advised this was being dealt with) and the top sheets in the second bedroom which need to be replaced, compared to the master bedroom. The house faces west so you get the sunsets over Mill Bay and the Saanich Inlet directly in front of you. Elite were excellent to deal with, and responded quickly to any questions.

Wow! Incredible views! Property is well landscaped. The kids had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend! Amazing stay! The home is older however has been beautifully updated on the interior. Incredibly open and spacious with tasteful decor. The yard is wonderfully landscaped with many flowering bushes and plants, creating a very private and peaceful oasis. Not to mention the excellent views of the inlet and private dock are just the icing on the cake. Wonderful location for family get togethers or private getaways. Will definitely stay again!

The Property was perfect! my parents are 96 and 80 years old and hard to please. They were so at peace. so much so that my dad wants to come back again next year to the same house. thank you
