DESCRIPTION

A beautiful condo with a welcoming feel, Shoal Harbour Near Fishermans Wharf offers a wonderful home away from home. One of the most recognizable buildings in the city Shoal Point stands alone as a truly unique building.

 

The amenities are second to none - A concierge service, a 25 meter lap pool, whirl pool and cold plunge pool, (all currently being serviced/upgraded until 2020) an excellent fitness facility, steam room and sauna as well as Mocha House coffee shop on site, which can be accessed through the building.

The large bright kitchen makes cooking of any volume a breeze with top of the line appliances, such as the gas stove. Enjoy a beautiful meal at the dining table and finish the evening curled up by the electric fireplace. Decorated with findings from all around the world, there is always something interesting to see. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is very comfortable with top of the line mattresses and whimsical bedroom sets.

 

Nestled on the garden level you can simply step outside onto the patio and you have direct access to Dallas Road. Enjoy a stroll to Ogden Point and watch the kites fly as the cruise ships come in, or stop at Fishermans Wharf for a tasty treat from the sea as you watch the seal cam. The adventures are endless in the heart of the city!
