It is one of the sunniest settings on this country street of acreages and is a favourite street for dog walkers, cyclists, and folks interested in easy beach access for launching kayaks, long boards and scuba diving. You will experience privacy and quiet with only glimpses of neighbouring homes. The upper patio provides a sunny venue at tree canopy level and sea glimpses. An excellent spot for daytime lounging, evening cocktails or dinner outdoors on warm summer days. On the main house level, the outdoor patio offers seating/eating areas and fire pits at both the front and back of the home. In addition there is a quiet seating area off the suite. The koi pond, bird feeders and bird bath provide an abundance of nature entertainment while enjoying meals at the dining room table. The wider treed area of the property attracts all manners of native birds and deer.
The home has a private 1 bed, 1 bath guest suite at the right wing of the home that is rented separately.

Golf club, yacht club tennis courts, recreation centres and the University of Victoria are all in the neighborhood and the home is only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Alternatively, there is a bus stop 5 min walk away.
