Great for 1-2 People
This is a new rental on Airbnb and it seems like Elite just took over management. On a positive note, communications with Elite were professional and responsive. The loft is located in a decent gentrifying neighborhood that offers easy and walkable access downtown, the gorge waterway, and groceries. That being said, the location also comes with some interesting people walking around outside/housed next door. The space is great for 1-2 people and comes equipped with most essentials. The outside space is great, too, but a form of protection from the sun (umbrella) would be good given there is only a small bar table that you can eat from inside. I suspect once this place is under more control of Elite Management it will reach its full potential as a rental unit. For now, I'd say it was fine.

This furnished penthouse loft with amazing city views features 20ft ceilings and a huge private rooftop patio. At the edge of downtown Victoria on the Gorge, this top floor suite is a wonderful location for a person or couple looking for a unique home in our city.
This newly renovates space features 20" Ceilings, accented by a gorgeous chandelier, tons of windows and natural light (morning sunshine!!) 2 private patios (upper/lower), loft style bedroom with huge custom closet and a warm inviting atmosphere, to name a few.
Just a hop across the street is the lovely Gorge Waterfront & Selkirk Waterway development that is home to cafés, an awesome restaurant/lounge with waterside patio seating, and conveniences such as chiropractic, massage, naturopathic, hair, & spa services. Great for those leading an active lifestyle, this neighbourhood community offers paddling, kayak, and bicycle rentals, as well as a fully equipped gym and lies next to the infamous Galloping Goose trail.
Take this path to the heart of downtown Victoria in a brisk 20 minute walk or wander down to the harbour ferry stop and take a water taxi instead!
