This unit is tops. It is conveniently located steps from downtown Victoria and the Empress Hotel, and with a wrap around view from East to Southwest. The balcony is spacious with a table and two chairs for quiet morning coffee or late afternoon happy hour. The unit is bright with modern finishes. The kitchen is well outfitted with appliances and utensils needed to make a short or long stay comfortable. The cook top and full size refrigerator, as well as the small outdoor grill, make small or large meal prep a breeze. The bath is accessible from both the bedroom or hallway, making it convenient for an early riser without disturbing the late sleeper. The king bed is comfortable with ample bedding and extras.

This condo was superb - centrally located so that we could walk or cycle everywhere! Bright and spacious! Loved the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property manager responded well to all of our inquiries. We would love to stay here again when we return to Victoria.

Loved the apartment! It was so clean and cozy and was perfect for our small group of three. Everything is within walking distance and coming back from a long day of activities was bliss thanks to the comfortable space. Will definitely stay here again when back in Victoria!

11th Heaven was the perfect central location in Victoria. The space was beautiful and is exceptionally well stocked with kitchen ware! There were extra linens and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the on site parking. Alli’s Communication and assistance in checking us in and giving us tips on what to see was appreciated. We have a small child and we’re able to fit a pack and play in the bedroom. We moved a few breakables to higher levels but other than that the place was pretty kid friendly. We would stay here again.
Excellent location - in the heart of downtown, nice building, great to have underground on-site parking included. Nice modern décor, comfy bed, nice roomy balcony. Allie checked us in and was very friendly, helpful and efficient. She made sure we had her cell number in case we had any questions or issues. The cable wasn't working when we got there. But Allie dealt with it right away. A few small maintenance items needed attending too such as loose faucet - we let Allie know and I'm sure they will be fixed soon.

Great location in a modern and up to date condo building. Close to all the key amenities of the Victoria core. Photos and descriptions on the website are all accurate. Check in and communication was excellent. We would stay here again. Particularly for this location. Kerry Long

Secured parking, outdoor pool/hot tub and fitness/gym area.
This property is within walking distance to all of the best restaurants, shopping and activities Victoria has to offer.
Please be advised that the sand filter for the pool has split and that the pool is unable to hold any water. As such, the pool has been CLOSED and parts have been ordered for the repair. Currently the required sand filters are on back order and is expected to arrive in about six (6) weeks. A notice will be sent out once the pool is open again.
