How do I list my property with you?

How does the cleaning work?


The guest is charged for the check-out cleanings with their booking. Mandatory monthly mid-stay cleanings are required for bookings over one month. Additional cleaning can be coordinated upon request.




What about pets and children?


All properties are different and have different acceptions at the homewoners discretion. If agreeable to the homeowner, pets (with deposit) and children may be allowed. Please view the listing of the particular property you are booking as well as the 'house rules' section found at the bottom of the listing for this information.




How do I book a property?


1. Please visit our search properites page, select your search criteria and run a search. 2. Use the "BOOK THIS PROPERTY" button to select desired dates and book. 3. You will recieve further confirmation and instructions from our reservations team from there.




Why do the prices show higher on other sites for the same property?


Third-party advertising sites such as, AIRBNB, VRBO, Booking.com etc, take a commission for advertsing, therefore the prices are marked up on these site to account for these costs. When you book through Elite directly, you will always pay the lowest advertised price.




How and when do I recieve directions and property address?


Once you have booked, you will recieve an email 7 days prior to arrival with address and any access instructions. You will also be provided with a link to you digital home manual which will include all important information for your stay including home details, local attractions and check-out instructions.




What is your cancellation policy?


Our cancellation policy is as follows: 70% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. Damage Deposit: Condos and small suites $500, Homes $1000. Refunded if no damages/repairs/replacements required as a result of you stay a few days after check-out.




How do I check-in?


Your booking confirmation as well as all subequesnt emails you will revived following your booking will include a link to submit a check-in time to our check-in host who will coordinate to meet you at the property for your arrival. Some properties may provide altrnative check-in instructions.




How do I check-out?


Check-out instructions are provided in your digital home manual sent via email after youe booking. A Qr code to access this inforamtuin is also provided in the property in a framed welcome sign. You will also be required to submit a check-out confirmation via a link provided in your check-out instructions.
