Retreat to this spacious and light-filled modern townhome! Open concept main floor, three bedrooms all with en suite bath, radiant floor heating throughout, two patios and two additional covered balconies ideal for indoor/outdoor living.
Enter through the front patio to a living room with fireplace and original artwork, dining area, powder room, and top of the line kitchen with separate wine fridge. The kitchen opens to a large back patio with additional dining table, lounge area, and natural gas BBQ.
Upstairs you will find more artwork and a skylight leading to the serene master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, en suite 5-piece bathroom with another skylight, walk-in closet, and covered balcony with outdoor seating. From the balcony you will enjoy views to Mt Tolmie and on a clear day all the way to Haro Straight. Also upstairs is the huge second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king), sitting area, en suite bathroom, two closets, and covered balcony.
Lower level has a third bedroom, perfect for additional guests or for catching up on work, with a queen bed, two desks (one is an electric sit-stand desk), and en suite bathroom. Walkout to attached two-car garage plus two-car carport.
