Your property will be advertised on the Elite Vacation Homes website, social media platforms and all the top major international advertising and affiliate sites.
If a guest books through one of our trusted advertising sites, the guest is qualified by their booking history with that platform, reviews from previous stays and overall rating. When booking directly with us, guests must meet the criteria of the advertised property, party size, non-smoking, age, pet policy, agree to the house rules and provide valid documentation to confirm their identity.
Guests are provided with a link to a home manual that provides all the necessary home details they may require during their stays such as how to operate the TV, parking instructions, internet network/password and check-out instructions.
Many travellers will book a property through one of our advertising sites. They will then be directed to complete the booking with assistance from our reservation agent. Some travellers may also have more specific questions that need answering before committing to a booking. Our reservation team looks after all guest inquiries.
Our homeowners are provided with a login to a portal that provides them with an overview of their listing at a glance. They will have access to their properties booking calendar to view bookings, availability, payout and expense information.
Payouts are dispersed within 5 days of check-in.
Our cleaning teams restock all the basic standard supplies at each checkout. The homeowner is charged for the cost of the replenished supplies through their homeowners portal which will be deducted from future payouts.
The reservation department schedules and coordinates cleaning at the end of every checkout by our professional contracted cleaners. We receive a report after every cleaning so we can assure your property is in perfect condition after every guest.
For long-term bookings, we schedule cleanings every 30 days in an effort to maintain the property's condition.
If a problem arises at your property that requires repair or maintenance, our operations team will reach out to you to assist in coordinating a technician.
Yes, it is mandatory that every homeowner has the appropriate insurance for renting their property.
We use many factors to determine the appropriate rental rate such as location, amenities, bedrooms/bathrooms, parking availability, finishings/decor and the current market pricing.
We are consistently reviewing the market and comparable listings to ensure the accuracy of pricing.
The minimum stay is determined by your municipality restrictions and/or your Strata restrictions if applicable.

75% of the total rental amount is refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival. If you cancel within 60 days, the total amount is non-refundable.
Our check in host will contact you within 7 days of arrival to coordinate a check in time. The host will orientate you with the building or home, provide keys and answer any questions.
Yes, you can contact our reservations agent at reservations@elitevh.com to schedule additional cleaning throughout your stay.
All of our furnished rentals include: well equipped kitchens, in-suite laundry, television(s) with basic cable, complimentary wifi and fresh linens. Many of our properties have extra amentities which be will be shown on the property listing.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers and cheques.
Yes, many of our properties are pet friendly. Any pet limitations and/or pet fee's will be indicated on the listing.
Yes, we collect a damage deposit of $500 and up to $1500 depending on the property and length of stay. The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of check out if no damages or extra cleaning is needed.
No, smoking is prohibited at all of our properties.
Check-in time is either 3:00pm or 4:00pm depending on the property and check-out time is either 10:00am or 11:00am. The specific time will be listed on your booking confirmation or found on the property listing. Late check-ins and check-outs can be arranged depending on availability (additional fees may apply).
