Incredible View

We really enjoyed our stay despite some minor inconveniences. The view and location are incredible! Walkable to Cadboro bay beach and a nice large space in the back to  in. Some things to note: the property is on high rocks above the water and the water is not safely accessible for young children; the queen beds are very, very, firm and we personally found them uncomfortable; the inside is more dated than it appears in the pictures but is cozy and comfortable. There is currently construction next door (August 2021) that we were informed of 4 days before our stay. It didn’t disturb us too much but is definitely noticeable at times during the day. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.

Absolutely Beautiful

An absolutely Beautiful home with everything our family needed and more beautiful view close to all amenities comfortable beds and very nice linens and dishes etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to deflate and relax

DESCRIPTION

This exclusive oceanfront home is found on one of the most scenic roads in Victoria. This beautiful retreat has a three quarter acre garden that is maintained year around. It is a 2200 square foot three-bedroom/two bathroom home with a modern retro style kitchen, classic feel dining room, regal living room, an office-style den & two wood-burning fireplaces.

 

It is close to the neighbourhood amenities of Cadboro bay as well as the university. Enjoy watching the local wildlife and the ever-changing scenery in the bay with sailboat racing, kayaking.

The 4th room is located outside the kitchen in a renovated garage with a bathroom and loft-style bedroom that sleeps 2.
