Looking at reviews for Elite Vacations, we're surprised to see some poor reviews. Our experience has been exceptional, both last year when we needed to cancel and this year when our minor concerns were promptly and professionally rectified. We very much appreciate Elite's helpfulness and flexibility. Heavenly Hideaway provided us a great place to get away from it all, enjoy the views across the Strait and of Mount Baker and Cascade Mountains on a clear day, while providing us easy access to central Victoria and beyond. The house is unique and the bathrooms just adequate yet we were able to comfortably accommodate guests.
