A stay during Covid-19
Yesterday I booked the Historic Hudson from Feb16th to March 31st.
I wanted to inform you that I was very impressed with the professional and courteous manner in which my inquiry was dealt with .
Marissa was extremely helpful in assisting me to book the Condo .
In my line of work I routinely have to deal with booking accommodation for my clients and often this is bit of a chore.
However, this was not the case with your company.Marissa was able to deal with a couple of issues that I had encountered efficiently and promptly.
I certainly will be booking with your company in the future.
We are looking forward to our stay at the Hudson this year.We usually spend February and March in Victoria every year for business / pleasure and hopefully I will be able to book with you in 2021. Thank you.
A stay during Covid-19
Elite was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the company. There were some issues upon taking possession of the condo - Elite was very good to deal with and rectified the issues within a few days - in fact Val went out of her way to deliver some items in a snow storm. 5 star service!!
The condo is eclectic - furnished and decorated to go with the Hudson building vibe. The second bedroom is cute loft style but the stair case is steep - and the ceiling is low - not suitable for those with mobility issues or younger children. The condo outdoor patio space is perfect for enjoying some sunshine and fresh air. The roof top patio is great as well - with 2 bbq's to enjoy.
The location is within Victoria - walking distance to many restaurants and patios - grocery stores and anything else you could need. We loved the location.
I highly recommend the condo and Elite.
A stay during Covid-19
This Covid 19 has indeed impacted our lives in unexpected ways . I had been waiting for the hip replacement for six months and now it's delayed until 2021. I wish it could have been sooner because my wife and I were really looking forward to our trip to Victoria next year.
The Hudson was an amazing location and the Elite service was exemplary. Hopefully, The Hudson will be available next year and if not I'm sure you will have other properties available .

The Hudson building was built in the early 1900’s and remodelled into beautiful urban condos. Walking distance to downtown Victoria’s charming shops, hotspots and scenic inner harbour, Hudson District and its array of ‘doorstep’ shops, services and indoor public market provides the ultimate in urban convenience.
Staying in this cozy heritage suite with a zero walk score allows you to enjoy everything Victoria has to offer. The suite is 850 square feet with A spacious 450 private deck.
With 20’ ceilings space is open, bright and welcoming.
The second bedroom is an open concept in a loft above the main bedroom. Enjoy the shared BBQ’s on the rooftop patio with views of the city and inner harbour.
NOTE: There is a gardener that will take care of the suite and will give notice of the day during rental periods. Upper-level loft not suitable for elderly.
