Cancellation Policy:

Direct booking: 100% of the total rental amount is refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. Contracts lasting 90 days or more can be terminated with a 30-day notice period.

Third-party site booking: As per advertised third-party site policy.

Damage deposit:

$1000. Property inspected after check-out and deposit released within 14 business days if no claims to be made.
