The place is great to go anywhere around the island and close enough to Ocean and downtown.

Ron was so great he was attentive on check in. The space was so bright and airy, parking wasn't an issue at all and we had 4 cars. The neighborhood is very convenient yet very quiet. My kids made friends with the kids across the street which made them feel very at home. we ended up extending our visit because it was just right. And our dog loved it he stared out the window allay and made lots of friends. Thanks for a great stay Ron, best of luck moving forward 'LJ

We greatly enjoyed our long-term stay at this place. Cozy bedrooms and decor, large patio and yard, recently updated bathroom and kitchen. Responsive property manager (for example when the battery on the front door lock unexpectedly died, they sent someone out to fix within an hour on a weekend). Friendly neighbours downstairs who were very understanding with our young toddler. Quiet neighbourhood, very central. Would recommend! Sara & Taz

Welcome to the newly updated charming Family home which consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. Located on a quiet side street near bus routes and just minutes from downtown Victoria. New hardwood floors, big west-facing deck and fenced backyard. The home has private laundry and a separate dining area with an open-concept living room.
*The main home is completely private aside from the occupied suite below which has its own private entrance and space. The full-time tenants are very respectful.
