Property Set-Up
Requirements
BEFORE WE CAN ACTIVELY LIST YOUR PROPERTY,
WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
REQUIRED HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS
The Following household essentials are required at each property and will be replaced at the first signs of wear or deterioration by an Elite concierge team member or the homeowner.
All replacements will be expensed and deducted from booking payout
Bedding = 2 sets per bed
1 set of protectors
(White preferably)
Towels = Per person based on
the occupancy of your home.
(White preferably)
RESTOCK SUPPLIES
Below are basic supplies that will be restocked by your cleaning team as
needed at each turnover.
We highly recommend using non-toxic cleaning supplies from SHAKLEE
The following items are optional and may be replenished by the homeowner at their discretion. (Elite does not restock these items).

Below are the next steps in getting your property ready for bookings.
INITIAL DEEP CLEAN
The owner is required to coordinate an initial deep clean in preparation for your first booking
(mandatory to maintain our Elite standard)
Before your first booking, the owner is required tol conduct a comprehensive walk-through of the property to
identify and document any existing deficiencies.
As part of this process, we will record the make and model of major appliances to help streamline future repairs or maintenance. We will also photograph key kitchen essentials and items that may require replacement, ensuring we can accurately match them if needed in the future.
Owners have the option to use our professional initial inspection report template, (please inquire for link).
INITIAL HOME INSPECTION
The Onwer is required to coordinate with a professional photographer/videographer to arrange high-quality photography and a video of your property.
