Lovely cottage in James Bay. Near the ocean and convenient to all amenities and downtown Victoria. Jackie, Smoky and I had a great two month stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the cottage for a month and we were pleased with the location, accomodations and everything provided. The best thing about the location is that you are less than a five minute walk to the ocean and Dallas Road. Downtown is also walking distance. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. We hope to visit again

Beautiful, tranquil cottage hidden in James Bay offering total relaxation and ability to enjoy many amenities all within walking distance. The cottage was well catered and comfortable.

San Jose Cottage is a great, quiet, pleasant and well-located space. We walked and biked our whole stay. The space is quaint and well appointed, even had stocked cupboards for cooking. One of our best AirBnBs yet, 10/10 would stay again

My husband and I, along with our small dog, were delighted make the Cozy Cottage our temporary home for an extended stay this summer. Accommodation can make such a difference in your overall experience of a place. I'm happy to tell you that we had a marvelous time! Great location, well equipped and exactly as advertised. Emily Carr's Cozy Cottage was delightful and the location, in the heart of James Bay, was ideal. Just a half block off of Dallas Road we could walk for miles along the paths next to the ocean. There are several access points for going down to the beach as well. There is only on street parking but we were always able to park right in front of the cottage. It was an easy walk to the inner harbor and downtown Victoria. The cottage is 3 blocks from the James Bay Thriftys (nice grocery store). The house itself is charming. It is tiny and the closet space very minimal but adeuquate for a holiday. The kitchen is lovely and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but note that it is right up against 3 walls with no possibility of being moved out. I had to crawl out across my husband to get out of bed if he was still in it. The yard is fenced with a BBQ out back. We would definitely recommend this cute cottage! Date of arrival July 1, 2015

To whom it concerns, Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to your team of professionals for the outstanding service I have received. For the last couple of years I have been receiving rentals, predominately booked through Brenda Dominy. Brenda has worked extremely hard getting my cottage rented out and making sure the guests are happy as well as me. My home has been looked after impeccably.
