you may request our concierge service, $25/hr

THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS THAT WILL BE REPLACED AT THE FIRST SIGNS OF WEAR
All replacements will be expensed and deducted from your booking payouts

Linen types: Popular or Luxury recommended (not Econo)
Duvet covers: Zippered (not an envelope)
Fitted mattress cover (not encasement)
Bath towels (not bath sheets)
Bedding = 2 sets per bed
1 set for protectors

Towels = Per person based on
the occupancy of your home.

READY FOR BOOKINGS

INITIAL DEEP CLEAN
We will coordinate an initial deep clean in preparations for your first booking
(mandatory to maintain our Elite standard)
INITIAL HOME INSPECTION
We will do a walk-through of the property to determine any deficiencies prior to your first booking. We will record appliance makes/models in the event of required repairs/maintenance and take photos of your kitchen essentials in the event they may need to be matched for replacement in the future.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIRTUAL TOUR
We will connect you with our photographer/videographer to arrange your
professional photos and virtual tour.
