Property Set-Up
Requirements
BEFORE WE CAN ACTIVELY LIST YOUR PROPERTY,
WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
If you require pick up of any items listed below
you may request our concierge service, $25/hr
REQUIRED HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS
THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED INITIALLY AND WILL BE
REPLENISHED / REPLACED BY OUR CLEANING TEAM AS NEEDED
All replenishments and replacements will be expensed and deducted from booking payouts (unless homeowner supplies)
Towels are per person based on the occupancy of your home.
All towels and linens preferably white for longevity and ease of cleaning
Excess of linens provided may result in additional cleaning charges to homeowner
(You can order hotel-quality linens and towels direct from us during sign-up)
Elite will replace any damaged bedding or towels as required
