BEFORE WE CAN ACTIVELY LIST YOUR PROPERTY,
WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

Inital Set-up

Provide us with your smart lock or lbx code (if applicable)

Homes: 5 Full Sets of Keys (4 if smartlock or lbx) 2 for guests, 1 for Operations incase of emergencies and 1 for Cleaners

Condos: 1 Garage Fob Per Parking Spot & 5 Building Entry Fobs or Keys (If Required for Building/Elevator Entry)

Phone In Unit For Intercom Entry (Condos)

you may request our concierge service, $30/hr

THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS THAT WILL BE REPLACED AT THE FIRST SIGNS OF WEAR BY AN
ELITE CONCIERGE or THE HOMEOWER

All replacements will be expensed and deducted from booking payout

(You can order hotel-quality linens and towels direct from us during sign-up)

Bedding = 2 sets per bed

the occupancy of your home.

INITIAL DEEP CLEAN
We will coordinate an initial deep clean in preparations for your first booking
(mandatory to maintain our Elite standard)

INITIAL HOME INSPECTION
We will do a walk-through of the property to determine any deficiencies before your first booking. We will record appliance makes/models in the event of required repairs/maintenance and take photos of your kitchen essentials in the event they may need to be matched for replacement in the future.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIRTUAL TOUR
We will connect you with our photographer/videographer to arrange your
