The location is just minutes from the Cook St. Village, grocery stores and lots of places to walk and shop.  It has a balcony and non-adjacent bedrooms. off-street unit location, gas range, dishwasher, in-suite laundry, heated tiles in bathrooms, courtyard view, built 2021, filtered air, walk score 97.  You will feel at home in the new condo.
