Beautiful 3 level 6000sq ft home on Lake Cowichan. Features an open concept main floor that transitions into indoor/outdoor living with expansive floor to ceiling lake views. Large chefs kitchen with 12' Island-, luxury appliances, pantry with ice machine and a wine/beverage fridge.


Separate breakfast nook, harvest table and large living room all over looking the lake. Eclipse doors to a large deck with outdoor kitchen also overlooking the lake.

Upstairs level is over 2200 SF with three primary suites, all with ensuite bathrooms and private deck. There are two laundry rooms in home.


The lower floor has a games and media room, bar, lower level laundry and office plus fourth primary bedroom with attached full bathroom/cheater ensuite. Full large media with surround sound and a 160' Projector, large cloud couch, another beverage fridge, and second full laundry on the lower level. All primary suites have smart tv's with full cable and built in closet organizers, and all upstairs primaries are king beds.

Ample parking, storage for boat trailer, three levels of decks, manicured lawn, hot tub, deck, large gas firepit and concrete seating area for 15 plus people. The dock includes seadoo ramps and a pergola for shade all while enjoying some of the best views in Lake Cowichan.
